There is NO human intervention in this process, all processed files are automatically deleted from the VoiceLink servers. This service is only available for calls recorded in English, additional languages coming soon.
Should you wish to ensure that the chain of custody is retained of your voice recordings, make use of the VoiceLink, VoiceVault.
Both the transcription and associated voice file are securely stored with only you being able to unlock and retrieve the files using your VoiceLink biometric enrolled voice print.
