Voice-Link was conceptualised to offer a IVR (Interactive Voice Response) based value added service to both public and private sector clients where a multitude of services could be offered to add value to a range of applications such as: fraud detection, psychometric testing, voice biometric identification, validation of documentation (education, deeds office, licences, credit rating) etc. Recording of phone calls with automatic transcription, voice file storage to prove a chain of custody… to name but a few of the solutions possible.
