Are phone call recordings admissible as evidence in a court of law?

VoiceLink always recommends advising the other party that the call is being recorded, however recordings can be made without the consent of the other party to the communication and deemed as admissible evidence under the following conditions as contained in the RICA ACT.

Where you are party to the communication.
Where you have received written consent from one of the parties to the communication; or
Where the recording has been made for the purpose of carrying on of business.

Software offerings

VoiceLink offers an automated call recording transcription service where you simply email your recorded file to VoiceLink, and by return you get a high level accurate transcription.

There is NO human intervention in this process, all processed files are automatically deleted from the VoiceLink servers. This service is only available for calls recorded in English, additional languages coming soon.

Hardware offerings

VoiceLink has sourced to very best of digital voice recorders from around the world to outperform current market solutions for all use cases where it’s either in person face to face meetings or via your cell phone, both solutions start recording with a single flick of a switch.
